Contract Compounding
Extensive compounding capabilities for any plastic, specializing in sustainable materials like PLA & PHA. We handle batch sizes from 5 kg to 2,000 kg for new experimental compounds.
We work on small scales and frequently produce large numbers of experimental batches - compounding ranges of additive loadings or multiple different additives for testing purposes.

Our expertise extends to some of the most complicated experimental blending. We are skilled in blending:

- Precision in high and low loadings
Colors
Although we do not have internal capabilities for color matching, we have a number of partners that can work with you to achieve your desired color, and we are happy to blend in any customer supplied dyes and pigments, with or without commercial carriers.
Resins
Deimos Materials specializes in sustainable resins, but has experience in traditional plastics as well. Whether you are looking to experiment with new bioplastics or want to use a new fiber or reactive additive, we are open to discussing projects big and small. We are committed to working with customers to develop the perfect custom resin for your application.
